COOKING CLASSES

Learn to create gourmet dishes at home. Choose from a variety of classes including Chicken Cordon Bleu, Appetizers, East Indian, Mexican dishes, Ribs and Chicken stock.

Your hosts Dave and Tracy Labrecque will welcome you to their outdoor kitchen.

Dave’s interest in food has taken him to experiment with a variety of different foods including Canadian, English, French, Indian and Thai.

He has spent many years perfecting his dishes and will teach food prep, seasoning and cooking of each meal. You will leave with the recipes, the understanding, and technique to prepare these dishes.

You will have the chance to sit down in a beautiful setting and try the different dishes that were prepared in front of you.

We are located 20 mins outside Port Alberni on Taylor Arm at Sproat Lake.
